This is about the fifth time I have reported this same issue. I was called by someone in your office, and explained that they have trash out for bulk pickup But bulk trash should still be placed in bins or on the curb the night before, not a week in advancety. This has to stop. This is now becoming a health hazard. There are rodents all over the place This is a weekly issue with this house They leave trash out of the bins all we,ewhich has notas happened yet
