So you know what it is why not go ahead a fix it. Not trouble shooting or anything. Let's get this done!

“Thank you for your continued patience. However, installing a sensor in the roadway requires 2-3 people and can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours based on location, traffic, distance from the curb, etc. Facilities Management is currently in the process of hiring a contractor to address all of the sensor request based on location and the greatest adverse effect to the largest portion of daily traffic. Tentatively we are looking at early to mid-June to begin the process of repairing the sensors.

So the facilities management group for Macon Bibb county doesn't have people on staff to make this kind of repairs? Seems like this would be something that happens often. Maybe I don't understand but this would appear to be an important group of people to have on permanent staff.
