Description

I have three piles of yard debris that have been sitting since the scheduled pickup on April 5 that was missed. The last pickup at my property was March 22, which makes two consecutive missed pickups. I have submitted issue tickets as well as service complaints (see attached), but still no service. The attached complaint was closed yesterday, saying my debris had been picked up, but it has not!!! I will keep submitting tickets until I get the service I pay for!
