5/17/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the sidewalk basket needing replacement at Harvie and Main has been formally reported to Richmond Solid Waste Management (Request #20020841500 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
