09/12/13-Thursday: The Macon-Bibb Engineering Department has determined the dead/diseased tree is on private property. The City of Macon Tree Ordinance, Section 14, states that any dead or diseased tree that poses a hazard to the right-of-way is considered a nuisance and therefore must be removed by the property owner. Owner notified via certified letter (7011 1570 0003 6212 8271)
