Northbound lane of Boulevard just past Robin Hood Rd the pavement has a buckle that creates a harsh speed bump. There is another buckle in the pavement in the northbound lane of Boulevard just before the Diamond Stadium as well. Both create hazards and set off anti-locking brake systems

This situation with humped pavement needing repair has been formally reported to Richmond Roadway Management via the High Priority Category Potholes (SeeClickFix #175631)so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
