I know you cannot fix stupid but somehow we need to get some people off the road befor they kill someone. Maybe if the RCMP increase their patrols on weekends it might help stop these people? I don't know what other solution there is??
Today while we were travelling south just north of Spruce Home, in the curve approaching the intersection and with oncoming traffic clearly visible a pickup passed us. Had I not seen it in the mirror and put on my breaks to give it room to get by the oncoming vehicle would have had no were to go. With the number of tragic accidents in the last few years something needs to be done to get drivers like this off the road. It is bad enough that they put their own lives at risk but all too often they kill an innocent person in another vehicle.
