This is at least the 5th night that all street lights have been out in the Grace to Main, Harrison to Lombardy area at 8:45pm. I have been told there is a substation problem. Please at least set a reminder in someone's phone or a post it note to turn them on. I keep calling DPU but I shouldn't have to.
